The Signage Design covers the following elements:
– External: monument, main entrace identification, vehicle and pedestrian directional signs.
– Internal: entrace identification, directional, floor level, amenities, directories, back of the house, statutory signs.
We will consult operator guidelines to incorporate into signage solutions and after completion of the data collections the next step is the concept design for the wayfinding and signage system. We will prepare and submit alternative concept design indicating preliminary materials, finishes, fonts, pictograms and color of all concepts. Liasing with our clients’ consultans we will discuss the concept design, revise it and re-submit it on the basis of our client’s feedback.
ollowing the concept design approval we will fine-tune individual sign types coordinating with the design team to make sure all designs are in harmony with the vision and requirements of the project. A schematic design for full family of signs indicating sizes, color palette, material finishes and illumination options will be delivered for approval.
Subject to the client’s approval of the schematic design a detailed design will be prepared coordinating all sign size, locations, power and structural requirements, with the client and project consultants.
All signs, maps, journey planners, as well as digital, printed and verbal communications, will be put in place so that your guests will move around confidently on the premises, and not wonder how to get from A to B.
A tender documentation is the final step: message schedule, signage specifications, signage standard manual, location plans, signage technical drawings, bill of quantities.
